Scope

These terms apply to the use of CSSettings.de and its account, profile and community functions.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the activity performed through their account. Accounts may not be used to impersonate another person.

User content

Only content that the user is entitled to publish may be uploaded or entered. Illegal, abusive, misleading or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

Reporting content

Availability

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of individual content. Maintenance, security measures or technical faults may temporarily limit the service.

Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Information about third-party player settings and equipment is provided by users and may change over time.
